Jay Peak Trail Fest: Three-5ks, 11 Miler, 35.4k, 53.1k ULTRA, Kids Trail Run Jay Peak VT

6th Annual Jay Peak Trail Fest

Jay Peak has long been known to provide some of the best skiing in New England (more snow than ANYWHERE in the east). We have taken some of the winter flare of Jay Peak and transformed it into a trail racing weekend that you won’t soon forget.

The Races

The Jay Peak Trail Fest begins with three different 5ks; a black diamond, blue square, and green circle on Saturday. Then runners wake up on Sunday to a 11 miler, 35.4k and a 53.1k ULTRA (33 miles!). Don’t worry, we didn’t forget the kids. We will have a Kid’s Trail Race on Saturday.

The Festival

Jay Peak provides the music, pizza and a water park, while Sub 5 provides the trail running extravaganza. Take a poke at our “Trail Runners With Issues“ Challenge and earn a specially designed finishers award to remember the occasion. If endurance is what you choose, the 11 miler, 35.4k and 53.1k ULTRA races are more for you.

Register Today

So come to Jay Peak over Labor Day Weekend and experience an epic battle between running and surviving. Oh, if this is your first trail experience the 5ks will give you what you came for in fun, excitement, and a great trail running story.

See you at Jay Peak

Rural roads, gorgeous scenery, one of the prettiest 5K’s in New England.

On September 21st, runners from throughout New England and beyond will gather in the quaint town of Marlborough — nestled in the picturesque Monadnock Region of southern New Hampshire — for the second running of the Marlborough Mad Dash.

The 5K race and fun run attracts competitive and recreational runners of all ages and kicks off the annual Marlborough Madness festival. The Mad Dash is a challenging course, winding along scenic rural roads and rolling hills lined with stone walls and spectacular foliage.

Convenient online registration for this year’s Mad Dash can be found here.

Our highly-coveted, commemorative t-shirts are included in the registration — but only for the first 100 registrants. Don’t miss out; sign up now and see you in September!

Mad Dash Sponsorships (both corporate and individual) are available in a variety of levels and are a terrific way to promote your business or simply show your support.

The Mad Dash benefits the American Legion, Croteau-Coutts Post #24 and Marlborough Community Connection.
